Contact Our Team:
Reach out to our customer service team within 24-48 hours of Receiving the product with the Proper video and details of the issue.

Return the Product:
The product must be returned to us in its original & unused condition, including all:

The product must be exactly as it was sent to you, with no damages, to be eligible for exchange or return.

Shipping Costs:

Without the proper video evidence or if the product is returned without all original packaging and accessories, no exchange or return will be processed.
